Memorial Physician Practices is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at the University Hospitals Avon Rehabilitation Hospital. As a PTA, you will administer physical therapy interventions and assist patients in their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have an Associate's degree from a PTA program and a current PTA license in the state of OH.

• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT.
• Assist in patient mobility and exercise routines.
• Monitor patient responses and report progress to PT.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for treatment.
