Job summary

H2 Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Murray, Kentucky outpatient team. You will work under a licensed PT to implement treatment plans that improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence, while educating patients and caregivers on home programs.

Experience in outpatient orthopedic or post-operative rehab is a plus. You will use Scribe AI for documentation and the Raintree EMR for scheduling, with a typical 10–12 patient visits per day and a collaborative clinical

Qualifications

• Associate degree from CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Active licensure or eligibility to practice as PTA in the United States.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic, musculoskeletal, or post-operative rehab is a plus.
• Familiarity with EMR documentation and scheduling workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Implement individualized plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.

Your Role:

• Accurately document patient progress and communicate treatment updates with the clinical team.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to support strong patient outcomes.
• Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-operative, or sports rehabilitation settings is a plus.
• Experience with EMR documentation, scheduling workflows, and billing-related documentation is a plus.
