H2 Health in Berea, KY is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team. We welcome Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN candidates and offer flexible scheduling to fit your life while supporting patient-centered care and professional growth.

You will provide skilled PTA treatments under a licensed PT, advance patient goals, document care, and collaborate with clinicians. New grads welcome; licensure required or eligible in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Active Kentucky PTA license or eligibility.
• CPR certification, if applicable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates welcome; outpatient experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Carry out individualized plans of care and help patients progress toward functional goals.
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance activities, mobility training, and other appropriate interventions.
• Monitor patient response and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients on movement, exercise, recovery, and home programs.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to coordinate outpatient care.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN | Outpatient | 193 Glades Road, Berea, KY 40403

At H2 Health @ Berea, you’ll work with a diverse general outpatient population and support patients across orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, balance and dizziness, sports medicine, chronic pain, neurological conditions, Workers’ Compensation, and other rehabilitation needs. You’ll work closely with Physical Therapists and the broader clinic team to help patients improve mobility, function, confidence, and quality of life.

Your Role

• Provide skilled Physical Therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Carry out individualized plans of care and help patients progress toward functional goals

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Kentucky Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for Kentucky licensure
• CPR certification, if applicable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• New graduates are welcome to apply; previous outpatient experience is not required
