Qualifications

• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program is required.
• Current licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Outpatient orthopedic/musculoskeletal/post-operative experience is a plus.
• Experience with EMR documentation and scheduling workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed PT.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance and independence.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative and mobility-related conditions.

H2 Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team in Murray, Kentucky. You’ll work closely with Physical Therapists and support staff to provide individualized, evidence-based care while building meaningful relationships with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. Your Role:

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.

• Accurately document patient progress and communicate treatment updates with the clinical team.

• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.

• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.

• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to support strong patient outcomes.

• Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.

• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Current licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

• Eligible to work in the United States.

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-operative, or sports rehabilitation settings is a plus.

• Experience with EMR documentation, scheduling workflows, and billing-related documentation is a plus.
