Job summary

Penn Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home-based therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

The PTA will travel to patient homes across Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, and Berks Counties to deliver treatments, educate caregivers, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania PTA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred.
