Job summary

Penn Home Health Care seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Medicare-certified home health agency serving the Philadelphia area. You will evaluate patients, design and implement individualized plans of care, and work closely with physicians and nursing staff to enhance mobility and safety.

Requirements include PA PT license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Home health experience is welcome but not required; per-visit compensation and flexible scheduling are

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
