Uplift HomeCare LLC is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for in-home health in Tampa, FL. This field-based, PRN/part-time position serves Dale Mabry Hwy and surrounding areas, providing quality in-home therapy under a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, improving mobility and independence, and timely documentation. Active Florida PTA license and reliable transportation are required; home health experience is preferred.
