Uplift HomeCare LLC is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for in-home health in Tampa, FL. This field-based, PRN/part-time position serves Dale Mabry Hwy and surrounding areas, providing quality in-home therapy under a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, improving mobility and independence, and timely documentation. Active Florida PTA license and reliable transportation are required; home health experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Assist patients with mobility, strength, balance and functional independence.
• Document visits accurately and timely in the patient record.
• Communicate patient progress and changes with the supervising therapist and clinical team.
• Help patients achieve rehabilitation goals in the home setting.
