Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in California.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required in CA.
• BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification required.
• Recent TB test and Flu vaccine within past year.
• Immunization records including Covid-19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella.
• Valid driver’s license with auto-insurance.

Responsibilities

• Delivering skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises and stretches, aimed at enhancing patients' mobility and function.
• Creating and executing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.

Education

Physical Therapist Assistant license (CA)

BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification

Valid CA Fingerprint Clearance Card

Recent TB test and Flu Shot within the past year

Immunization Records including Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella

Valid Driver's License with auto-insurance

• Recent Negative TB test result and Flu Shot within the past year.
• Comprehensive Immunization/Vaccination Records, including Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella.
• Valid Driver's License along with auto-insurance.
