SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home-based care team in San Jose, CA. You will deliver skilled PT interventions and develop patient-centered treatment plans to improve mobility and quality of life.

Share your expertise with a multidisciplinary team and help patients achieve their goals in the comfort of their homes. California PTA license and current BLS/CPR are required, along with TB testing and immunizations.

Formación

• Must hold California PTA license.
• CPR/BLIS certifications current.
• TB test negative within past year and annual flu shot.
• Immunization records including Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella.
• Valid driver’s license with auto-insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises and stretches, aimed at enhancing patients' mobility and function.

Required Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of California.
• Valid CA Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Up-to-date BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification.
• Recent Negative TB test result and Flu Shot within the past year.
• Comprehensive Immunization/Vaccination Records, including Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella.
• Valid Driver's License along with auto-insurance.
