Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Must have a valid CA Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification required.
• Recent negative TB test and annual flu vaccination.
• Immunization records including Covid-19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP and Varicella.
• Valid driver’s license with auto-insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises and stretches, to improve mobility and function.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
