Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at BAYADA Home Health Care

Position: Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Location: Franklin County, VT

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced PTA to perform home health visits, focusing on adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis. The role requires at least one year of clinical experience as a licensed PTA.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being through treatment, tests, client education, and interventions delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
2. Provide compassionate, reliable, and high-quality home health care aligned with BAYADA's core values.
3. Other activities as requested.

Qualifications:

1. Current licensure or certification in Vermont.
2. Graduation from a two-year college program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or two years of appropriate PTA experience with a proficiency exam prior to December 31, 1977.
3. At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
