BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to perform home health visits in South Burlington, VT. The role involves providing services for adult and geriatric clients across Chittenden County and surrounding areas. A minimum of one year of clinical experience as a licensed PTA is required.

As a home care Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will assist clients in achieving or maintaining optimal physical well-being through treatments, tests, client education, and delegated interventions from a licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications for each Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) include:

• Current licensure or certification in Vermont
• Graduation from a two-year program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, with proof via transcript or diploma
• Or two years of appropriate experience as a PTA and a satisfactory proficiency exam if qualified before December 31, 1977
• At least one year of supervised work experience under a qualified Physical Therapist
