BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to perform home health visits for our office located in South Burlington, VT. This position will focus on providing services for adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis in territories throughout Chittenden County and surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

1. One year of prior clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant is required.
2. Current licensure or certification in Vermont.
3. Graduation from a two-year college program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, or two years of appropriate experience with a proficiency exam if qualification occurred before December 31, 1977.
4. At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being through treatment, tests, client education, and interventions delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Other activities as requested.
