Job summary

Interim HealthCare of the Upstate is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in South Carolina. You will deliver skilled, compassionate care in patients' homes, help them recover, manage chronic conditions, and live safely and independently with support from a supervising physical therapist.

This role offers a 3- or 4-day workweek for a better work-life balance, competitive pay starting at $35 per hour with mileage reimbursement, 1:1 patient care, and comprehensive benefits.

• Current South Carolina PTA license; new grads welcome!

Responsibilities

• Acts under supervision of the treating physical therapist and in accordance with the plan of care.
• Participates in the development and evaluation of the plan of care with the patient, representative (if any), and caregiver(s).
• Provides services that are ordered by the physician as indicated in the plan of care.
• Assists the treating physical therapist in documenting a patient’s progress and response to treatment.
