Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver compassionate at-home care across South Carolina.

You will work under a supervising physical therapist, follow a patient-centered plan of care, and help patients recover, manage chronic conditions, and live safely at home with coordinated support. The position offers a flexible 3- or 4-day workweek, competitive pay starting at $35 per hour plus mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license is required; new grads welcome!

Responsibilities

• Act under the direction of the treating physical therapist and in accordance with the plan of care.
• Participate in development and evaluation of the plan of care with patient, family, and caregiver(s).
• Provide services ordered by the physician as indicated in the plan of care.
• Assist the treating PT in documenting patient progress and response to treatment.

What You’ll Do

As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will:
