Human Touch Home Health is seeking compassionate Physical Therapist Assistants to fill part-time and PRN roles across Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, and nearby communities. You choose your territory and schedule to fit your life.

Under supervision, deliver in-home therapies, implement plans of care, and guide patients toward stronger mobility while coordinating with the care team. Virginia PTA license and reliable transport required.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant License Required.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during home visits while following the PT's established plan of care.
• Home Health Experience Preferred, but Not Required.
• WellSky Experience is a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments in patients' homes.
• Carry out established plans of care.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait, balance, transfer, and mobility training.
• Help patients improve strength, endurance and functional mobility.
• Reinforce home exercise and fall-prevention programs.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Monitor progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation using WellSky.

What You'll Do

Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will:
