San Francisco Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in San Francisco, CA. You will provide skilled therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.

This full-time role offers competitive pay of $48–$52 per hour, plus medical/dental/vision, PTO, holiday pay, 401(k), and opportunities for continuing education.

• Current and valid California Physical Therapist Assistant license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
• Accurately document treatments, resident progress, and other required clinical information.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident-centered goals.
• Educate and encourage residents throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
