Job summary

• Provide direct patient care and assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
• Administer treatment programs with goals tailored to patient capacity under physician direction.
• Document patient status and educate patients and families in therapy methods.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation.

• Administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician.

• Document and record the patients’ condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.

• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.

Requirements/Qualifications
