Job summary

Elkton Nursing & Rehab Center seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide direct patient care and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered rehabilitation program. The role offers full-time and PRN opportunities with competitive pay and a retention bonus for full-time staff.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Full-time / PRN - A $7,500 Retention Bonus is Available for the Full Time Position.

Full Time Pay Range is $29 - $40 per hour.

PRN Pay Range is $38 - $45 per hour.

• Administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician.
• Document and record the patients’ condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.
