Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home health PT services in the Round Rock and Cedar Park area. You will work with adult and geriatric patients, delivering therapy under supervision and coordinating care with PTs. Flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume are emphasized.

This role offers a per-visit compensation structure, paid training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive therapy-first environment.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to visit patients at home.

• Annual Pay Estimate for Full time: $71,760 to $78,000+ (paid on a per visit basis)

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
