Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to deliver in-home physical therapy to adults and seniors in Round Rock and surrounding Cedar Park area. Roles can be full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling and a steady patient flow.

PTAs will work under a PT, provide care in patients' homes, document visits, and enjoy support from a therapy-first administrative team. Travel reimbursement and technology stipends are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certificate.
• Reliable transportation for home visits.
• Comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR) with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health PTA services under the supervision of a PT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help regain strength and function.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).

• IHT Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume=
• Annual Pay Estimate for Full time: $71,760 to $78,000+ (paid on a per visit basis)
• Bonus payments available for Full Time Clinicians

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
