InHome Therapy is seeking full-time and part-time Physical Therapist Assistants in The Villages, Florida. This position offers flexible scheduling, consistent caseloads, and a supportive environment.

• The visit rate for this role ranges from $50–55 per visit

• This position is paid on a per‑visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company‑paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
