Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking full-time or part-time Home Health Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to serve adults and geriatric patients in and around Bastrop. You will provide PTA services in patients' homes under the supervision of a PT and manage a consistent caseload with steady referrals.

The role offers a flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, tools and supplies, paid training, mentorship, and leadership opportunities as you grow in your career with our therapy-first team.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Technology comfort (EMR systems; training provided).

• The visit rate for this role ranges from $45 - $51 per visit

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
