Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a PT Assistant to deliver home health services to adults and geriatric patients in their own homes around Buda and South Austin. The role offers full-time or part-time arrangements with a flexible schedule and supportive clinical team.

You will provide PTA services under a PT, maintain documentation, and contribute to patient recovery while enjoying autonomy and ongoing mentorship. Compensation reflects visit-based pay with related benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to home visits.
• Basic comfort with technology, including email, texting, and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health PTA services under the supervision of a PT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes to help regain strength and function.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).
• Be the positive, supportive presence in patients' daily lives.

• The visit rate for this role ranges from $45 to $50 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
