Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Michigan. Part-time, per-visit pay with mileage reimbursement and a tablet provided. Flexible assignments, paid training, and weekly pay accompany a supportive, family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participates in ongoing interdisciplinary patient assessment.
• Acts under the direction of the PT and plan of care.
• Contributes to developing and evaluating the plan with patient and caregivers.

• Documents patient progress timely and accurately.
• Educates patient and family to support goal progress.
• Communicates with the interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Accesses PHI as needed to fulfill duties.
