Role Responsibilities

• Provide quality, compassionate care in a team setting
• Implement patient Care Plans under supervision of the Physical Therapist
• Help patients participate in tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance
• Communicate patient progress or issues to team members and document care appropriately
• Instruct family or nursing staff in follow-up programs
• Maintain equipment and work area safety and cleanliness
• Adhere to company standards, professional standards, and legal requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program culminating in an Associate Degree
• Current state licensure as a PTA
• CPR certification (if required)

Hourly range: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
