Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – School-Based

Location:

Serving schools in Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Murrieta, Winchester, and Temecula (Southwest Riverside County, CA)

Job Type:

Part-time (1–30 flexible hours/week during the school day only)

About the Opportunity

Tipping Point Physical Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for a school-based PT or PTA who’s passionate about helping children thrive. Our team supports students across several school districts in Southwest Riverside County, empowering them with the physical tools they need to access their education.

What You’ll Do

1. Provide direct physical therapy services to students as part of their IEP team
2. Support students in reaching functional movement and school access goals
3. Document progress, collaborate with school staff, and communicate with families
4. Travel between local school sites (paid travel time)
5. (PTs) Conduct assessments, lead IEP goal planning, and supervise PTAs
6. (PTAs) Deliver sessions under PT supervision and support carryover of goals

What We’re Looking For

1. Current California PT or PTA license
2. Able to pass Livescan, TB screening, and drug test
3. Bonus: Experience with pediatrics or schools (but we’re open to training the right fit)
4. Independent, communicative, and friendly professionals who love what they do
