What you will do in this role:

• Provide compassionate, quality care in a team environment within a secure setting
• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing patients' Care Plans for rehabilitation; support patients with physical and/or mental impairments in performing tasks to restore and improve their abilities
• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and daily documentation of charges
• Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards
• Educate patients' families and nursing staff on follow-up programs
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe, clean condition
• Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, compliance standards, professional guidelines, and applicable laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program with an Associate Degree
• Current state licensure as a PTA or equivalent in the states where services are provided
• CPR certification (if required)

Hourly range: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour.
