Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a SNF setting at Palatka Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. Work inside the therapy gym, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to restore function and independence for residents.

This PRN position offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived, modern rehab facilities, and opportunities for travel stipends and early pay. Florida license required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
