Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Palatka Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled services in our SNF therapy gym.

This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, a Florida PTA license, SNF experience preferred, and opportunities with modern rehab equipment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

PRN POSITION **Increased rates when medical benefits are waived.**

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
