This full-time role offers hands-on therapy to help residents improve mobility, balance, and daily function under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualified candidates hold an NJ PTA license, graduate from an accredited PTA program, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Southgate. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide hands-on therapy while helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and everyday function.

What You’ll Do
