Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home health PT services to adults and geriatric patients in and around Lake County, IL. The role offers flexible scheduling and autonomy over the day, with consistent patient volume.

You will work under PT supervision, document visits, and benefit from mentorship and a supportive clinical team. Compensation is per visit with potential for benefits based on status and hours.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to home visits.
• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR systems).

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT.

• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).

Compensation and Benefits*

• The visit rate for this role ranges from $40 - $50 per visit

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
