Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for home health in and around Libertyville, IL. You will treat adult and geriatric patients in their homes and work under the supervision of a PT to improve strength and function.

We offer a flexible schedule with autonomy, a consistent patient caseload through our partner network, and support through mentorship and training. A tablet with data plan is provided to assist with documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function.

Compensation and Benefits*

The visit rate for this role ranges from $40 - $50 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
