InHome Therapy is hiring Home Health Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to support adult and geriatric patients in their homes around Chicago. The role offers a flexible schedule, autonomy, and a consistent patient volume through our agency network.

We provide training and mentorship, with ongoing clinical and administrative support to help you grow. The position emphasizes work–life balance while delivering high-quality home health therapy.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation to home visits.
• Comfort with technology and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health PTA services under PT supervision.

• The visit rate for this role ranges from $40 - $50 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
