Job summary

InHome Therapy in the Chicago area is hiring home health PTAs to deliver patient-focused care to adults and seniors in their homes. Flexible scheduling and a consistent patient volume help you balance professional and personal life.

You’ll work under a PT supervision, with paid training, mentorship, and tools provided. We offer a per-visit pay model ranging from $40 to $50 per visit, plus benefits and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to home visits.
• Comfort with technology and EMR systems (training provided).

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
