Sweetwater is seeking licensed Physical Therapy Assistants to join our in-house therapy department at a newly acquired skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on delivering high-quality geriatric PT services under supervision and collaborating with a dedicated clinical team.

Newly acquired skilled nursing facility is looking for leaders to grow our in-house therapy department! Our family owned and operated long term care facilitator is seeking compassionate and well-versed Physical Therapy Assistants for consideration to add to our growing group of champions. This building is home to a diverse variety of long-term residents, cared for by seasoned staff with low staffing ratios, who are supported by a well-equipped clinical team and Administrator with years of experience in the geriatric field.
We are an in-house, close-knit therapy team who addresses patient needs and collaborates well with our IDT. Our team has a family feel, and all members are appreciated, seen, and heard.
Pay Range: $30-32 PER HOUR
The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct our facility's Physical Therapy Services in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be always maintained.
