Newly acquired skilled nursing facility is looking for leaders to grow our in-house therapy department! Our family owned and operated long-term care facilitator is seeking compassionate and well-versed Physical Therapist for consideration to add to our growing group of champions. This building is home to a diverse variety of long-term and short-term stay, residents, cared for by seasoned staff with low staffing ratios, who are supported by a well-equipped clinical team and Administrator with years of experience in the geriatric field.
We are an in-house, close-knit therapy team who addresses patient needs and collaborates well with our IDT. Our team has a family feel and all members are appreciated, seen, and heard.

Pay - $50 -$60 per hour depending upon experience and availability
The Physical Therapist performs treatments and exercises to help patients recover from illnesses and injuries. Their main duties include using various treatment techniques to develop personalized treatment plans, prescribing medications to relieve pain and increase mobility and teaching patients exercise techniques to improve their health.
This position reports to the Director of Rehabilitation Services.
Consult patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms. Review their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeons.
