Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients 0-21 years old.
  • Schedule supervision visits with supervising PT as per guidelines.
  • Plan and implement therapy goals for each patient.
  • Plan for care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
  • Enhance physical therapy reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment

North Texas Therapy & Home Care (NTT&HC) provides specialized pediatric therapy services to children and families throughout the Dallas Metroplex. Although our office is located in the heart of North Dallas, our clinicians deliver skilled interventions across the entire Metroplex, ensuring families receive quality care wherever they are.

As a therapist‑owned and operated practice, we understand the needs of our clinicians and provide the personal attention, mentoring, and career support required to succeed in the field of pediatric therapy. We create individualized care plans that empower our patients to look beyond immediate goals and achieve their fullest potential. Requirements
  • Associates degree from an accredited college or university
  • Current state of Texas licensure as a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant
  • 6 months full‑time clinical experience
  • Pediatrics experience
  • Home Health experience preferred
  • Must carry valid auto insurance and driver's license
Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services in the home or daytime facility of patients 0‑21 years of age, 2 or more times per week, in accordance with physician orders
  • Schedule supervision visit(s) with supervising PT according to Texas board guidelines
  • Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patient
  • Plan for care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
  • Enhance physical therapy reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment
