Ultimate Therapy is looking for a PTA at Autumn Lake at Crofton. You'll help residents build the strength and movement skills they need to take part in daily life, working closely with a Physical Therapist and the rest of the care team.

What You'll Do

• Provide treatment according to the supervising PT's plan

• Coach residents through exercises, walking, and safe transfer practice

• Notice changes in mobility and report them to the PT

• Record treatment and help keep the team informed of residents' progress
