What you will do in this role:

• Provide quality, compassionate care in a team setting
• Assist the Physical Therapist by implementing the patient's Care Plan for rehabilitation, helping patients participate in tasks to restore and enhance their performance
• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and post charges to patient records daily
• Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards
• Instruct patients' families or nursing staff on follow-through programs
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition
• Perform responsibilities in line with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, compliance standards, professional standards, and applicable laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program resulting in an Associate Degree
• Current state licensure as a PTA or equivalent in the states where services are provided
• CPR certification (if required)
