Responsibilities:

• Provide quality, compassionate care within a team in a secure setting
• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing the patient's Care Plan for rehabilitation, helping patients participate in tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance their performance
• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and post charges daily to patient records
• Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting standards
• Educate patients' families and nursing staff on follow-up programs
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition
• Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance, professional standards, and applicable laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program with an Associate Degree
• Current state licensure as a PTA or equivalent in the states where services are provided
• CPR certification (if required)
