Pivot Rehabilitation Services, Crestview-Cedar Hill, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for full-time work to support patient care in a fast-paced setting.

The PTA will work under a supervising therapist, document treatments, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. Eligible candidates hold PTA licensure and a relevant degree, with strong communication and patient-relations skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current license in practicing state.
• Must have good communication skills and be able to relate professionally and positively to patients, patients’ family members, and staff.

Responsabilités

• Treats patients as directed by the physical therapist.
• Records treatments given in medical record.
• Participates in patient care conferences and weekly rehabilitation meetings.
• Communicates with supervising therapist, rehab director and other interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans.
• Records daily treatments and labor according to corporate procedure and state Physical Therapy rules.
