Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Roaring River seeks a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to provide skilled PT services under supervision, document progress, and adjust treatment plans with the supervising therapist. The role emphasizes evidence-based care and resident well-being in a senior living setting.

Responsibilities include communicating with the supervising PT, recording motor function data, and preparing progress reports.

• Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist.
• Relays information and referrals to Registered Physical Therapist in response to service requests.
• Implements and modifies the patient's physical therapy plan with RPT supervision.
• Measures and records residents' motor function, strength and muscle performance.
• Monitors patient responses to treatments and modifies as necessary during sessions.
• Observes residents and writes progress reports.

PTA Duties Include:
