SOAL Home Health Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our pediatric team in Austin. You will work under a licensed OT supervisor to deliver therapy in homes and daycares, with an immediate caseload and a balanced schedule across two Austin locations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Texas PTA license.
• Strong understanding of pediatric development and PT techniques.
• Home health and pediatric experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising PT.
• Provide direct therapy services using play-based and functional activities.
• Document and track patient progress, including functional outcomes and responses.
• Collaborate with SOAL’s multidisciplinary team to adapt treatment as needed.
• Educate families on home programs and techniques to support independence.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and compliance with regulations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our growing pediatric team. As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services to children with a variety of developmental needs in their homes and daycares.

Pay: $38 - $45 per visit (Visits are paid per unit, and 3-4 units per visit are expected)
