Job summary

SOAL Home Health Services is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a pediatric team. You will evaluate, plan, and implement treatment plans for children to improve independence and quality of life.

Pay ranges from $55 to $120 per visit, with 3–4 units per visit expected. Benefits include competitive visit rates and mentorship as part of a supportive, team-based environment in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong understanding of pediatric development and sensory integration.
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in pediatric home health is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy services in the home or community setting.
• Monitor patient progress and modify plans as needed.
• Provide caregiver education and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support holistic care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per Medicaid and insurance standards.

Job Summary

You will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment plans for children with a variety of diagnoses, helping them achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.
Pay: $55 - $120 per visit (Visits are paid per unit, and 3-4 units per visit are expected)
