SOAL Home Health Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our pediatric team in South Austin. You will work under the supervision of a licensed OT to deliver therapy in homes and daycares, with a pay-per-visit model and 3-4 units per visit.

Responsibilities include implementing plans, documenting progress, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and educating families on home programs. Texas COTA license and OTA degree are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from OTA program required.
• Texas COTA license required.
• Knowledge of pediatric development and OT techniques helpful.
• Home health and pediatric experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Reliable transportation and Texas driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Implement OT treatment plans developed by the supervising OT.
• Provide direct therapy using play-based activities.
• Document and track patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to adapt treatment as needed.
• Educate families on home programs to support independence.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing pediatric team. As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services to children with a variety of developmental needs in their homes and daycares. Pay: $38 - $45 per visit (Visits are paid per unit, and 3-4 units per visit are expected)

• Document and track patient progress, including functional outcomes and responses
• Collaborate with SOAL’s multidisciplinary team to adapt treatment as needed
• Educate families on home programs and techniques to support independence
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited OTA program
• Active Texas COTA license
• Strong understanding of pediatric development and OT techniques
• Home health and pediatric experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver’s license
