Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN daytime coverage at Menominee Health Services in Menominee, MI. The role involves implementing treatment plans under supervision, documenting patient progress, and educating patients on home exercise programs and device use.

Candidates should have an Associate Degree in PTA, an active PTA license, and prefer at least 1 year of prior PTA experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
