Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN) to provide high-quality care in Lafayette Pointe, West Lafayette, Ohio. You will work daytime hours on a PRN basis with the same clinical standards as our full-time team.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, a current PTA license, and 1 year of PTA experience preferred. You’ll implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and assistive
