Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our PRN team in Benton, IL. You will provide high-quality care, implement treatment plans under supervision, and educate patients on home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in PTA and current PTA license are required.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Ability to educate patients on home exercises.
• Documents progress and reports changes to supervising PT.
• Educate patients on home exercises and proper use of assistive devices.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required


• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License


• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred


• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist


• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT


• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
